- Congress dinner on September 25 (Friday),
- lunch on September 25 (Friday),
- and coffee breaks.
Registration fee includes catering services in a value of 62 910 HUF (21 000 HUF – 24/09/2026. + 39 910 HUF – 25/09/2026.+ 2 000 HUF – 26/09/2026.).
Lunches on September 24 (Thursday) and on September 26 (Saturday) are not included in the registration fee, but can be ordered during online registration.
The price is 11 500 HUF (including 5 % VAT).
EXHIBITORS/SPONSORS registration fee includes
- Access to the scientific program and exhibition area, congress program booklet, congress package, badge
- Welcome dinner on September 24 (Thursday),
- Congress dinner on September 25 (Friday),
- and coffee breaks.
Registration fee includes catering services in a value of 49 000 HUF (21 000 HUF – 24/09/2026. + 26 000 HUF – 25/09/2026.+ 2 000 HUF – 26/09/2026.).
Lunches are not included in the registration fee, but can be ordered during online registration.

DAY TICKET FOR EXHIBITORS/SPONSORS registration fee includes

- that day’s lunch,

We cannot accept lunch or dinner orders on site. Thank you for your understanding!
Please indicate during registration if you require gluten-free, lactose-free, or vegetarian meals!
(We would like to draw the attention of our gluten-sensitive part to the fact that meals are prepared in a general kitchen, so even with the utmost care, minimal cross-contamination may occur!)
Accompanying persons are not entitled to visit the scientific program and the related exhibition area in accordance with the applicable provisions of Hungarian law.
