Please review the confirmation carefully upon receipt. If any corrections are required, contact the organizing office immediately and do not transfer the payment. Only services that have been correctly confirmed should be paid. Refunds can be issued exclusively for services that were incorrectly requested and paid, and only within the deadlines specified in the cancellation policy.
If your participation is sponsored by a company and the system also sends the proforma invoice to you, please do not make the payment. The proforma invoice will also be sent to the contact person listed in the billing details, and the organizing office will contact the sponsoring company directly.
Your registration becomes final once the amount stated in the proforma invoice has been credited to the organizer’s bank account by the specified deadline.
INVOICE
Following receipt of payment, an invoice will be issued and sent to the billing name and address provided during registration.
Please ensure that the billing name, address, and e-mail address are provided accurately and in full, as well as the name, e-mail address, and telephone number of the designated contact person whom the organizing office may contact in the event of billing-related issues. Registrations with incomplete billing or invoice information cannot be accepted.
Invoice-related complaints may be submitted only within 8 days of receipt of the invoice (sent by e-mail). After this period, invoices cannot be modified or cancelled.
The organizing office is entitled to issue electronic invoices and send them by e-mail. Such electronic invoices are considered original documents by the recipient. By paying the invoice, the payer agrees to accept electronic invoices in accordance with the applicable local legal regulations.
Club Service Ltd. issues paper-based invoices only if this requirement is explicitly indicated by the customer at the time of registration.

About Siófok
Siófok – The Capital of Lake Balaton
Siófok, located on the southern shore of Lake Balaton, is one of Hungary’s most popular holiday destinations. The town attracts visitors with its rich history, vibrant cultural life, and picturesque natural surroundings.
Main Square and Beach
The Main Square is the heart of Siófok, where city life and tourism meet. Around the square, visitors can find numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops, and it often hosts concerts, festivals, and city events. Just a few minutes’ walk from the Main Square is the famous Siófok Grand Beach, one of the largest and most visited beaches in Hungary. Its sandy shore, water sports opportunities, and summer events make it a popular destination for families, young people, and tourists alike.

Golden Shore (Aranypart) and Silver Shore (Ezüstpart)
Siófok has two main beach areas: Golden Shore (Aranypart) to the west and Silver Shore (Ezüstpart) to the east. Golden Shore (Aranypart) is lively, featuring beach bars, clubs, and summer festivals, while Silver Shore (Ezüstpart) is quieter, with green promenades and a family-friendly atmosphere, perfect for relaxation and lakeside walks.
Lake Balaton Cruises
Siófok’s port is one of the busiest on Lake Balaton. From here, sightseeing boats, sailboats, and ferries travel to other towns such as Balatonfüred and Tihany. Lake cruises offer a chance to enjoy the natural beauty of the Balaton, making them popular for romantic and family outings.
Natural Environment and Promenades
The town features several parks and promenades. The area along Platán Street is ideal for running, cycling, or simply enjoying the sunset. Nearby, the Kis-Balaton protected area attracts nature enthusiasts with its rich birdlife and conservation value.
Venue
Hotel Azúr in Siófok provides a practical and comfortable for an international congress, combining a dedicated conference centre with full-service hotel infrastructure. The on-site Azúr Conference Centre offers multiple meeting rooms with flexible layouts, supported by built-in technical options and professional event support. The venue can host both plenary sessions and parallel breakouts, while keeping participants in one location for sessions, networking and logistics. A wide range of catering solutions is available on site, which helps keep the programme smooth and predictable. Located by Lake Balaton, the surroundings also support informal discussions and social elements without turning the conference into a travel project.

General Information on Hungary
Visa and customs
Visa and customs information
Detailed information about travel documents and customs can be found in this booklet published by the National Tax and Customs Administration of Hungary, providing useful information for tourists travelling within the European Union or travelling from a non-EU country (third country) to any Member State of the European Union. For further information about the custom procedures, please consult the homepage of the Hungarian customs authority.
Hungary is part of the Schengen Area of 25 European countries. For non-Schengen EU, USA and Canadian citizens a valid passport is sufficient to enter Hungary. Citizens of other countries should check whether they need a visa to enter Hungary. (For more information please visit the home page of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Hungary). http://konzuliszolgalat.kormany.hu/how-to-apply-for-visa
On request, the Organizing Committee will issue invitation letters for visa applications. Please apply in due time for a visa if necessary. Please indicate during the registration if you need a personal invitation to attend the meeting. It is important to note that a visa is only a preliminary permission for entry, which does not authorise its bearer automatically to enter the country.
Currency & Payments
Foreign exchange, banking facilities
The official national Hungarian currency is the Hungarian Forint (HUF). All the major credit cards are accepted in Hungary in places displaying the emblem at the entrance. Though Hungary is a member of the European Union, only a few shops and restaurants accept Euros (EUR) for payment. Currency exchange booths are available in Budapest at the airport terminals, railway stations, travel agencies, banks and various places in the city. The exchange rates applied may vary. Click here to see the actual official exchange rates:

Traveller’s cheques and convertible currency may be exchanged at these facilities. Major credit cards are usually accepted in most hotels, restaurants and certain shops in the city. Obtaining cash with the use of bank or credit cards is easy from cash machines that can be found at almost every bank office, hotel or on the street.
Electricity
The electricity is 230 V, 50 Hz. Japanese, UK, USA and other visitors: note that in Hungary there are Continental European German-style CEE7/4 sockets (“Schuko sockets“).
Liability and insurance
The organizers cannot accept liability for any personal accidents, loss of belongings or damage to private property of participants and accompanying persons that may occur during the meeting.
